  Absolutely the most rude customer service I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. As you can tell by their responses left on other one star reviews they have zero interest in admitting their mistakes or improving their business. If there are any service issues on their end they’re completely unwilling to do anything to make it right. But don’t take my word for it, just wait for whoever is in charge of their account to respond to this review and see if they try to make it right or if they’d rather act too pompous and self-important to care.

  I have been a customer for the last six months! Having the units delivered was a breeze. The driver Chris was very respectful and polite. All the units are cleaned and maintained wonderfully. Can’t say enough good things about this company.

  Charged monthly and no proof of service, rude reception, incorrect info. I have been a customer since 2021 and since new driver came, it’s been spotty and tough to get them there. I called over weekend and left a message, no one called me back. When I called again to see why it was not getting cleaned, he said a young girl told them not to come? I’m the one in invoice and no one contacted me. I don’t have any young girls there and no one is authorized to tell drivers not to come. Someone did see them once in last 2+ months, but they said they would call me and did not. When I called to get records of their visits, was refused. I have cameras and there is no proof. The secretary was very aggressive, interrupted my questions and threatened me, even with a paid invoice. A man also said someone told him not to come, but offered no proof, and again, I was not aware of this. All this time I’m being charged w no communication and no services being done.

  The worst ever, please do not use them. it's been a month since i signed up and no service at all. I called them to check they said the drive is away. All I asked is for the return call and let me know when. And they couldn't promise to call me back and what i got was screaming from the lady and she would not let me talk and hung up the phone. I called back and they never pick up. STAY AWAY FROM THESE BUSINESS! Please check all the 1 star and you will see the consistent complaints about their service. The 5 stars must be fake.

  This company is amazing! Justin takes care of the potties at my church, and you would never know they're port-o-potties. Absolutely top notch service and extremely fair prices. Would recommend to everyone 👍
