Tom Sawyer roofing gave me an initial quote and provided an excellent explanation ahead of time of what would be needed for my roof depending on the condition once the old roof(s) was/were removed. It didn’t cost much more than quoted. It really needed replacing. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned all debris from the job. I am very pleased to have a job well done.
