  Called and within 30 minutes had a tech here, fixed the issue quickly, helped me with another issue that was about to happen! Very friendly and so glad this was fixed on a friday afternoon!

  He did an excellent job servicing my heating/ac system. Before he left he showed me all the readings of the system and how they corresponded to the correct readings. He also helped me order new filters from Amazon

  First and foremost I got this ac put in by them on June 13th 2022. I have tried again and again to be patient with this company they have come out over 3 times to "fix" what was a brand new unit. I've called and voiced that I was not happy with it because it wasn't sealed correctly 2 times and it's still not sealed correctly they left the old fashioned hot water line still attached never took it off so when the weather just got cold that thing burst and sprayed water everywhere for an entire day before we realized it. So naturally I called an ac company to see if they knew how to fix it. To which I was informed there is NO WAY extra air pulled permits for my ac unit nothing is to code they did a Total HACK JOB I paid $6,101.00 and my high voltage line wiggles and my whole ac unit inside has runs down the side from the ac sweating from not being sealed right. To boot I called them back after they came out to "fix it" twice about a month after my one year a Hassle free was up because my ac was clogged which they said was my fault and I paid $239.98... If the unit wasn't sealed correctly that's how come it kept getting clogged because even though I had a new filter every month, air, dust and debris was still getting in threw the top do to their mess up... I paid that price for them to come out and literally suck out the debris their own mistake made. When I called last week to let them know I got quoted $2,500 to fix all their mistakes and said the manager would call me back.. shock he never did. I am extremely extremely disappointed as all their reviews are great experiences. But they obviously don't give a crap about their customers or maybe it's just my family and I they don't give a crap about but I feel like people should know this before they choose to go with this company. I have given them chance after chance and that is how I was treated.

  Always a great professional experience with Extra Air Conditioning. Knowledgeable, reliable and reasonable. My most recent service was with Sherif who walked me through everything he did during my bi-annual maintenance while pointing out and explaining his captured readings of our system. After leaving and reviewing prior maintenance reports, he returned the next day to double check a few things to ensure to determine if an issue he found was or was not related to work the company had completed previously. I would recommend Extra to others.

  We’ve used Extra for years since moving to the area…they’re always incredible…prompt, honest, great communication, kind, and reasonably priced. They’ve let us know when to repair when most cost effective, when to forgo replacing a small unit for an individual room when it wasn’t worth it, and when we ultimately needed to replaced the main A/C unit recently at end of life! From scheduling with Serena to multiple services and install by Sherif and Luis, the team is awesome! We really appreciate you all…and definitely highly recommend ✌️
