He was understanding with the fact the are on a fixed income and worked out the best poss6way for them. I myself use another company or should I say I did because of Ty I will be calling FL comfort air for my ac needs now. If you need ac work I would definitely call them. They even have financing.

- MNMorgan NealOct 16, 20251.0*UPDATE* I talked to Jason (general manager) the following day. He started off by screaming at me, all while I was just trying to have a casual conversation. Started accusing me of lying and hung up on me 3 times after he started to see that what I was saying was true. I have video footage of the rep in my house and multiple recordings both speaking with Jason and the Owner (Adam). Be warned about these people. I used them originally because they do have good reviews but if something goes wrong with the service they provide, they will blame you and treat you with total disrespect. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Tech came in for a maintenance emergency that was due to a leak in my ceiling from the past rep who came out and “fixed” it 6 months ago. The new tech was trying to argue with me about it, which had nothing to do with him because it was a different person last time, so I’m not even sure why he was upset to begin with… I just asked him to fix it tonight and would deal with the office the next day. THE TECH TOOK APART MY UNIT AND SHUT THE WHOLE SYSTEM OFF, THEN PACKED HIS BAG AND LEFT MY HOUSE WITHOUT SAYING A WORD, LEAVING ME WITH NO AC AND WATER FLOWING INTO MY CEILING FROM MY SECOND FLOOR AT 9 PM AT NIGHT. I called the office and they claimed the owner would reach out and now I’m getting an answering service. Do yourself a favor and choose one of the other many amazing HVAC companies in the area - stay away from Florida Comfort!!!
