The installers did a great job with my slider handle replacements, replacing one set of sliders, fixing one set of sliders & replacing my front door & window pane. However; the installers left part of my old doorframe toward the back of my house by my gate instead of disposing of the door or placing it on the curbside for trash pick. With my disability, I am unable to pick up the doorframe and haul it to the curb. This is the reason why it is 4 stars and not 5. I found this to be very sloppy & unprofessional. I would appreciate if the installers come and take this partial doorway from the side of my home and dispose of it. With sincere regards, Amelia Roman

- VXvafdaf xApr 11, 20221.0On the plus side they responded well to an emergency door replacement. It was costly but they were the only real option for our condos. We thought the cost would include making the door fit but it doesn't. If your door doesn't fit they charge for adjustments...and they don't tell you so up front (it's not on their quote or their website and the installer said nothing). You're better off finding a supplier who will guarantee the fit or make you aware there is a separate charge for making it fit. I will be checking with other local suppliers and if I find one that guarantees their work I will re-post. Finally, after I complained, Donna explained she can't afford to guarantee the fit because she pays here installers $600 per day. That's $150,000 per year!
