He was here for 1 1/2 hrs calling someone on the phone for, I guess instructions. I don't have understand Spanish so I'm guessing he was asking questions about everything he was doing. Said I need to buy a new Airrater tank for $4,500. I've never had such a worse plumber at my home ever! You need to send knowledgeable plumbers that know what they're doing and not a simple house wife 63 yrs old, telling him how to turn on the water and telling him when the water wasn't on at all in the house, that the pump should be off outside. He had that backwards until I insisted that after he installed my part, the pump was working wrong. It's supposed to come on when checking if I had water and off when I wasn't using it. He finally used his phone again and got it turning on and off for now anyway. I'll see tomorrow if he even fixed that problem. If I don't have water tonight to shower and use for dishes or maybe tomorrow. If not I'm not going to be happy. He was called here to fix that problem.

They used a camera and showed us the issue, hydro jet was performed. We didn’t know it’s recommended to have them clean every 10 to 15 years. Informational friendly and swift. On time and the quote was given before the service was started! Price was under my comparisons. I would recommend this company to everybody.
