- SBSteve B.Mar 31, 20261.0Unprofessional, No show, Disrespectful! This company had me stay home and wait all day for an appointment, they never showed. 7 PM I get a phone call after waiting all day. Will be here In 45 minutes. I said no, you missed my appointment time frame. I waited all day for you and this was not an emergency appointment. This was a scheduled estimate for a re-plumbing of an entire home. A big job!. The operator/Dispatcher said we have until 9 PM to show up. I said no that was not my appointment time. You don’t have until 9 PM. She then stated that is our policy. No! A company is not going to decide to come to my house at 9 PM. Then argue with me. Be aware, completely unprofessional! At least I found out how they treat customers, before I hired them.

They sent a guy out to help me with a flood in my bathroom which came from a shower faucet which refused to shut off. He went out to his truck, then returned to tell me that he had to leave, and that he didn't know how to do the job. He was here for less than five minutes and didn't even try. Never again! What a major disappointment. Shame on you.
