  Cornelius Went over my a.c system with me and showed me my duct system in the attic via pictures said it would cost 3,200 to re do everything. Hunter and Cornelius said it was done wrong. Its a brand new build home i just bought 2025. I contacted the builder and he came out with the contractor who installed the system and went over everything with me. It passed inspections from 2 inspection companies and the city. They had me on the phone basically scaring me into my system was done wrong and my a/c and air handler would just fail. This was roughly at 8pm at night.... I was 2 seconds from making a payment with my debit card paying cash when financing credit wouldnt work. They are trying to sell work paid based off commission. A General contractor and a A/C company and 2 inspection companies and the city said nothing was wrong. Thats all I needed to hear.

  I started using Lickety Split for plumbing issues. As a property manager, it is very important for follow up and communication from the vendors. Both times I’ve used them. I have had no issues. They did a great job very polite and professional. I will use them again! Also, they do HVAC and electrical, which is wonderful to know. Corey was my technician today and he was great.

  Lickety came really quick! Like a spli lol. My tech was phenomenal, he took his time to show us the issue. He also took the time to explain all options to us by answering all questions and also helping us decide what’s best for our family! I would highly recommend Lickety split to anyone who wants the job done right!

  Lou was amazing! He came in and accessed everything honestly and was very professional and friendly. The installers were very polite when explaining everything after the installation. One gave me very helpful tips. They were also very professional while doing the install. Very happy I went with them. They replaced the hot water heater, my kitchen faucet, garbage disposal and redid all plumbing underneath the kitchen sink.
