  Casey of Foundation Flooring located in FL helped us in NY to take our small, drab, inefficient, poorly designed kitchen to a masterpiece with high quality cabinets and an amazing layout that utilizes every inch of space. Her expertise and patience throughout the design process made it easy. Everything fit like a glove. Our local NY project manager and carpenter raved about the cabinet quality and ease of installation because Casey laid out everything for them. We are thrilled with the final product.

  Zanah, from the beginning, was helpful and didn’t push like other companies I went to. The whole team there were extremely patient, and communicated professionally and always answered my questions in a timely manner. I can’t recommend Foundation more! My floors came out beautifully! Thank you!

  The product this company sold me was inferior. The vinyl planks do not lock together as intended. The first installer they sent abandoned the job as he saw the pieces did not fit together correctly, and he did not want to be responsible for poor work. The second installer completed the job, at a much higher cost, and there were still many fit issues. I was told that in time the floor would settle and all would be good. It's been almost two years and there are many sections that are still not locked down as they should. I have come to realize it was not the installer's issue, but this vinyl plank, made by Tesoro, is a inferior product and is very difficult to lock in place. I doubt this brand sells very well, and hopefully it has been removed from Foundation's product line. If anyone is considering installing a vinyl plank floor, I would highly recommend going with a popular name brand, and not make the unfortunate choice as I did. ***** It has been almost 5 years since the flooring was installed, and it has not "settled" as was predicted. Poor installation and badly fitting TESORO vinyl flooring. They never either bothered to offer fixing the problem.
