We contacted United Rentals after doing a search online and checking reviews. Except for people who don't like to follow rules, we found that United Rentals, Pompano Beach, has a great reputation for quality service at a good price. The Sun place was much more expensive. We rented a lift, and Mr. Tom Nowak was very professional, walked us through the entire process, and was spot-on when we had questions or an issue. Their technician, Nelton, was awesome as well when he came out to help us with an issue. Tom helped us through the process, and made what could have been challenging due to our relative inexperience in renting lifts a very smooth and easy affair. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND United Rentals, Pompano Beach to anyone in the Broward area who needs a lift for any reason. Customer service sets great companies apart from average companies.
