- DPDavid PadillaDec 18, 20191.0In October 2019 we have 3 phase outage. This caused elevator to shut down. Tech came out and retagged motor. Then Eric Christianson, sales rep, quotes $8000 to repair motor. Once FPL reset 3 phase elevator operated properly. Under threat of us cutting lock off motor, tech came and removed lock. Eric proceeded to try and charge $800 on this con job. Then when our annual inspection was set for December 6th O called and e mailed Kelly Linero to confirm service. After 2 days of no response dispatch forwarded me to Kelly. She said she was too busy to reply and they won't come on the 6th. ** Beware of this company **
