- JRJ RyanJun 28, 20242.0I challenge a TKE employee to try to submit a service request without going completely insane. Impossible to get anyone on the phone. When you finally get someone they sound like they are asleep. Customer portal also never works. Would not recommend.

- ASAyash SabbaghJan 9, 20181.0Truly Horrible and unreliable. After submitting multiple service requests no one ever showed up to our building. We called again and they said they had fixed the problem, however we were there until past 9 pm waiting and no one ever showed up. Very disappointed with the service,staff and the entire company. Funny that at the time when requested to speak with the service manager or account manager they were either unavailable or on vacation!!! So they had literally NO ONE to fix our issue, since the dispatch department doesn't know anything else. All they can do is continue to enter service requests in hope that one of these technicians will show up. Poor lady tried to get a hold of someone directly and no one would answer her. Complete waste of time & money!!!!
