  Arrogant, that’s the right way to describe these people, came for a PM service and a posible Polly replacement and I guess since they wasn’t going to make that much money out of it, they told me it was no spot for me to drop the trailer but that they had 3 units ready to pick up and they don’t even know when the customer was coming to pick it up. So, didn’t you call to find out? Anyways, I told them, since is a PM uni can I drop the trailer in the back in front of those that nobody is going to come to pick up and I wait outside while you handle your business? No, they said cuz I was going to obstruct yard traffic in case some one come to pick up, but remember they don’t know. In another word, if you know they aren’t going to meal good money out your job, don’t even bother to come here. I bet you when they opened at first and needed customers, they would it do anything. Like most of places as soon as they become with a little demand.

  Tk you really need to put more attention on who is taking care of your customers, with out customers there is no business to run. I invited you to start recording the phone calls made to your dispatchers to see how they treat your customers and will find out that is the worst experience ever.

  So far so good took my unit there got a clean bill of health according to them so I'm happy
