- JRJonathan RichardsJan 24, 20211.0I don’t know how much our HOA contract with Royce is but I hope it’s not much. Our gated community is very rarely a gated community because of Royce. The gates with be broken and left open for months at a time. Royce will come and fix them and within a week they are broken again. After another couple months they come and fix them just for the to break shortly after again. It’s ridiculous. They suck at their job.

They charge just to drive by and look at something that is under warranty then have to fix what they looked at a week later and charge again for coming out. They also claim things were damaged by something not covered by the warranty which should be determined by the manufacturer not them. Would not recommend to anyone. I would give them no star review if I could.
