He listened to me and he actually told me about something that was under our 10 year warranty that we paid for and I thought that was amazing because usually people don’t do that and you guys fixed it he was a great great guy. I just thought everybody that you had was professional and really really nice and listen to what I said because I wasn’t easy. I’ve had a lot of trouble with you guys in the past, but not you guys just the unit but no wonderful wonderful

They successfully identified the location of the leak and were able to get a replacement coil installed and got my unit back up and running like new . They were efficient and professional .

However I called the main service and the shop to make it clear that we wanted deep cleaning blower wheel using the plastic bib. The technician did the best he could but not the job required. Receptionist says they're sending out someone VERY experienced with humidity (my issue), he arrives, barely gives any feedback and says since it's an offday, their 'expert' will visit later in the week. Their expert arrives later in the week, says he will call his supervisor who is their 'expert'. They quoted me between $5,000-$20,000 because I needed to replace my unit that was LESS than THREE years old lol. I declined, have kept my AC at 69 degrees and no longer have a humidity issue. Funny how their suggestion was to replace an entire unit. If it was the unit, why would lowering the temperature (putting more strain on the unit) remove my humidity issue?
