- ACAnthony CoxJan 26, 20241.0Ryan seems to be a very nice person. But what he claims does not get transferred to billing. Many claims made monthly to fix it but it does not happen. Maybe that's all part of the game they play. By the time they get done with you they claim you owe 50% more on the entire contract than what was agreed upon. Then when you try to add up the charges from day 1, using their figures... they refuse to discuss it. There is no transparency between their billing and what they say ..... They do not want you to look behind the curtain. They seem so friendly and accommodating but beware the knife in the back before it's over. It's a friendly game of abuse so I would advise you to rent from someone else.
