  In my experience, we constantly had to call Complete to repair the same pieces of equipment. Once we got a reputable repair company in, they noticed that our equipment was being deliberately sabotaged. The reputable company also repaired a freezer that complete told me needed to be replaced. Glad we stopped the bleed.
