The recommended installers, although not part of Floors Direct, did a nice job. Well, the same thing this time around when doing the downstairs. Great product, and installed very quickly and with expertise and care. Tony is a pleasure to work with and has been in this business for years. He knows his products and can help you with whatever you need.

I am so happy with Clay Copeland that oversaw the whole project from the beginning to the end. The people that work with him including demolition to the tile placement were the best. I have zero complaints, and I am planning to do a few more projects with this company. The tile material and service provided were top notch
