A friendly gentleman answered and I received a confirmation text that a tech was scheduled. The tech texted when he was on way. Eddison did the best he could, but we needed to call someone to drain septic tank and check drain field. He was great! Answered all our questions and is very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!
