    Anthony was very professional and helpful. No sketchy sayings trying to make you buy stuff just right to the point. I did purchase a service plan but was planning on getting a service plan again with Perdido Heating and air regardless. Other companies just don't do as good of a job IMO and Ive tried many. So we're back home should have never tried anybody else.

    Excellent service. Very friendly and professional. Those fellows stayed with the job until 9:30 p.m. so that my grandbabies could sleep cool.

    I would highly recommend Perdido Heating & Air. This was the first time having my HVAC system checked since buying my house. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the office was super friendly. Even better though was the tech who came out. He was also friendly and straight forward and explained everything he was doing. The techs are not commissions based so everything he told was just for my edification rather than for a sales opportunity. I will be using Perdido Heating and Air from now on.

    So glad my husband double checked service & prices with Brett at Perdido Heating and Air! After the company we have been using for years seem to have gone to outrageous high prices and pushy "salesman" tactics, we have now switched over to Perdido H & A. This company makes you feel comfortable - from supervisor Steve coming to access the problem first and reassure us that their technicians will get the job done right to Perry & Chris who did an awesome job in fixing the problem. These technicians are hardworking, honest, professional, & kind - they make you feel at ease throughout the service explaining things as they go along. They also went that extra mile to clean and patch up things the other company left behind! And the bill was a fraction of what the "other" had quoted! We highly recommend Perdido Heating & Air to anyone looking for great service and affordable prices. We will be using them from now on... When they can get my 93 yr old dad's approval and believe me, he doesn't like change too much - that should tell you something! 😊
