I recently had my entire duct system replaced, and I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding work of Dakota Garner, the lead technician overseeing the project. From start to finish, Dakota demonstrated a level of professionalism, knowledge, and care that is rare to find today.
He explained every step of the process with clarity, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure the installation was done with excellence. His workmanship was meticulous, and his leadership on-site brought confidence and peace throughout the entire project. It is clear that Dakota takes pride in his craft and genuinely cares about the quality of the work he delivers.
Because of his expertise and integrity, I can say the job was done right. Peaden is blessed to have someone of his caliber representing the company. I highly recommend Dakota for anyone needing HVAC work — he is truly exceptional.

It was a pleasure dealing with Peaden. .From Todd who came to give a quote , to James and Chassady came to install it. They both worked so hard inside and out never even taking a break or lunch. Both hardworking professional young people. Very respectful to me and my house, not a speck of dust could be found when they had finished. I can highly recommend these installers as well as Todd explaining my options. I only waited 2 days for installation and it was finished the same day. Very good company to work with.
Edited to remove the one star rating. They replied quickly and calmly and I appreciate that. A company shouldn't be penalized for something like this
I'm still going to leave the number blocked, though.
I don't know how these people got my phone number, but I have never used them for any service or product. I received 3 texts from them yesterday and another this morning. Over the last few months, I've gotten quite a few. I just blocked the number. Whoever thought that it was a splendid marketing strategy to spam text potential customers should be axed.

Probably one of the worst companies I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
We called Peaden to inspect an AC unit that wasn’t cooling properly. Their dispatcher fee was quoted at $89—already higher than competitors—but we were told it would be waived if we proceeded with their repair.
The technician arrived and quickly concluded the issue was with the thermostat not receiving power. He then quoted $489 to trace the wiring, which seemed excessive. When I asked if he had checked the outdoor condenser, he confidently said the thermostat was the problem. He justified the cost by saying it was complex work that could take up to four hours, and that the quoted amount was the maximum.
However, within 30–45 minutes, he claimed to have fixed the issue. Despite previously stating the price was a “max,” he then said it was actually the minimum charge and attempted to bill the full $489. After I pushed back, he reduced it to $413 under a “promotion” that included a free tune-up. He also justified the high cost by referencing company overhead and profit margins.
At that point, I accepted it, trusting the issue had been resolved.
Unfortunately, that was not the case.
This is an Airbnb property, so I was not onsite. Shortly after he left, I checked my Nest app and saw the temperature was still rising—even though it was set to 66°F. When I called him, he insisted everything was working when he left, which was clearly not true.
He returned to the property and only then checked the condenser—where he finally discovered the actual issue: a failed motor. When I asked why this wasn’t part of the initial diagnosis, he admitted he “hoped” it was just the thermostat and mentioned he felt uncomfortable staying because only a teenager was present.
In other words, I was charged $412 for a problem that didn’t exist, while the real issue was missed entirely. Ultimately, the AC unit needed replacement.
Their replacement quote was approximately $13,000 for a 1.5-ton, 14 SEER unit—reduced to about $11,000 after “discounts.” Meanwhile, other companies quoted $8,000–$9,000 for better systems. Even more concerning, they recommended a unit that wasn’t coastal-rated, despite the home being located right on the coast.
Long story short: I would not recommend this company. Proceed with extreme caution.
Great experience so far. All of the technicians have been very professional and take their time to explain things and answer any questions. Nathan came out today to do the HVAC inspection and was very thorough checking everything and helping me understand things. I bought the Elite membership last fall because one of their plumbers, Travis, was able to see a way to resolve a problem that other plumbers had not, and it saved me a lot of expensive, unnecessary work. It was quickly apparent that he had significant experience. Nathan did as well. Since then, I've had Arnold and another electrician come out to do the electrical inspection and give estimates for updates I'd like to have done. The inspections are part of the membership and have helped me feel more informed about my home.
The only issues that have been less than great have to do with scheduling and communication, like one time I knew someone was supposed to come out, and I dismissed the notification on my phone because I could see it said the person was on their way. When they didn't come, I checked the full text and saw that they weren't actually coming unless I replied to the text, so the message should have started with that, but the person I spoke to on the phone was apologetic and got me back on the schedule. Everyone on the office side has been professional and helpful. Still a 5-star rating because scheduling and less than perfect communication is far less important to me than the quality of work, and they acknowledged that the text was confusing.
