  These guys are ABSOLUTELY the BEST. If they told me my widget needed a new rope swing for the penguins....Id say "Go ahead". EVERY single time I have used them for an HVAC repair....They came and diagnosed the issue, called me with a price and it was. FIXED! THE SAME DAY. No sales tactics telling me the AC is out dated and needs to be replaced for $14,000....like others Ive used in the past. I LOVE the way these people do business. Adam was the name of our most recent repair. Absolute PRO!!! When Im ready to replace an AC HUGHS will be doing it. Oh by the way...I help maintain 4 different houses besides my own. Me using Hughs Air Repair has been spread out amongst the 5, and each repair has STAYED fixed.

  Hugh was great, he was on time for the scheduled appointment to assess and troubleshoot the HVAC. He identified the general problem quickly, then completed a more in depth assessment of finding the exact refrigerant leak point within 10 minutes. He provided a few repair or replace options and answered all of my questions about other services they provide. We opted to repair our 20 year old system for the short term at a reasonable cost while we review and decide on replacement options.

  Ac went out at 5pm on March 5th 2026.... I was able to get in touch with Hugh and he was more than happy to come take a look at it on such short notice. I have 2 kids and a few animals in the house so it was important to me to get this ac running ASAP. When he arrived he didn't just goes this out that could be wrong, he immediately went straight to work testing everything. I was impressed by how fast he was able to diagnose the problem while at the same time educating me on the components and parameters of the parts. He was able to get the part secured, due to his connections in the field right after his diagnosis. I worriedly asked him after his phone call if he could give me his professional opinion about another issue I was having inside the home with abnormal temperature balance and he was very very knowledgeable about the root cause of it. He also gave me free advice on some other issues I had inside with the air handler having huge holes in my walls from when i had a new unit placed from another company that i had no idea that would cause issues and also that the other company didn't install a big enough air turn.... Again all free advice! Thank you again Hugh I'll be doing business with you from now on
