  The information that Mr. Tony provided to me was extremely helpful as he was very knowledgeable about their product. I truly appreciate the time he spent to explain to me the different types of windows in which they provide. He was extremely courteous and professional!

  Avoid Window World at all cost. Sales rep Gage is a liar, the customer service girls are argumentative and promise things that they don't deliver and the two installers they sent out are shady and questionable whom also don't do what the contract states. In the contract that sales rep Gage wrote up I paid extra money to have blinds reinstalled on all my windows. Before the install Idecided I didnt want blinds reinstalled on the top windows, because nobody would ever be able to look in from a 20 ft high window so I called Gage he agreed to just move the bottom blinds back farther because the wand sticks out too much on my lower windows, but he can kept the extra money that I agreed to pay in the contract. He agreed and was thankful that I was easy to work with and honorable. When the installers came out I told them what Gage had agreed to. At first they seemed very happy because it was less work that they had to do. While they were installing the 1st of 3 blinds, I knew they were getting close to finishing up so I called Window World with my credit card information and made a payment in full to them. The installers heard me giving her payment over the phone cuz I had her on speaker phone. After I hung up I went out the back door to sweep up in my sunroom. When I came back in I only noticed one blind was hung and I walked out the front door while they were putting stuff in the back of their truck. I told them you guys still have two blinds to hang and I told them you still haven't removed the razor blade sticking out on the outside of the top of one of my 20 foot high windows that I pointed out to them earlier. They acknowledged me with a yes head shake up and down so I turned around and walked back inside. About a minute or two later I heard a truck start I ran out my front door and looked and their truck was driving down the street. I immediately called headquarters in Pensacola and informed them what had transpired. She told me they didn't hang the other blinds because I didn't purchase the bottom windows from them only the top windows. I told them I informed sales rep of this and he agreed he would just move the bottom blinds back about an inch and not even rehang the top, even though I paid for all of them to be rehung. She said she would offer me partial payment for the other blinds not being hung and I told her no I want somebody to come back out and live up to the contract and what I paid for. She said she would talk to the owner and get back to me which she never did. I called Gage and Gage said this is terrible I don't want our company getting a bad name I promise to get somebody back out there the next time we have somebody in your area of Destin that we are servicing. I waited waited and waited and texted and texted and 2 months went by and every week he'd tell me he'll look into it and get back to me but then soon he just quit returning all calls and texts. He was aware also that of the installers also left a 2 and 1/2 inch razor blade sticking out of my outdoor windowsill that he stuck in there on my 20-ft high ceiling window and I don't have a ladder that tall to get it out still to this day it's still there. This is something else Gage told me he would take care of he genuinely seemed like he cared and wanted to help me but then he just phased me out. I realize I was being lied to and nobody was ever coming back out to finish what I paid for. So I called Window World and told them I'll just take the partial credit because I know you're not going to come out and finish your job said she would talk to the boss and call me back. Guess what? She lied and never called me back. Do not trust this company their sales rep Gage is a liar, their installers are shady, lying crooks and the customer service girls are mouthy, lying crooks. I got the trifecta screw job from Window World, don't let them scam you. Also, as a foot note my house doesn't hold heat as much as my old windows. You get what you pay for.

  My windows and screens are tight. Sound from outside is greatly reduced. There are no drafts and no bugs. My old ones were from 1984 and the screens had to be replaced after Ivan.
