  Excellent communications and prompt scheduling in the Gulf Breeze /Tiger Pointe FL My Service professional Brandon took time to explain the necessary repair and had parts and knowledge to make the repair while onsite for the call. There was no rescheduling all taken care of at one appointment. Highly recommend!!

  So glad my husband double checked service & prices with Brett at Perdido Heating and Air! After the company we have been using for years seem to have gone to outrageous high prices and pushy "salesman" tactics, we have now switched over to Perdido H & A. This company makes you feel comfortable - from supervisor Steve coming to access the problem first and reassure us that their technicians will get the job done right to Perry & Chris who did an awesome job in fixing the problem. These technicians are hardworking, honest, professional, & kind - they make you feel at ease throughout the service explaining things as they go along. They also went that extra mile to clean and patch up things the other company left behind! And the bill was a fraction of what the "other" had quoted! We highly recommend Perdido Heating & Air to anyone looking for great service and affordable prices. We will be using them from now on... When they can get my 93 yr old dad's approval and believe me, he doesn't like change too much - that should tell you something! 😊

  I recently had my AC serviced and wanted to share my experience. Like most things these days, the cost of repairs isn’t cheap, but the level of professionalism from this company truly stood out. They were prompt, courteous, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my system and what my options were. The technician was knowledgeable, efficient, and left everything clean when the job was done. Tony and Caleb are both wonderful people and truly amazing employees. While the price was higher than I would have liked (which seems to be the case everywhere lately), the quality of the work and the excellent customer service were top notch. You can tell they take pride in what they do and value their customers. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional AC service.
