I submitted a request for appointment on Hugh's website late at night, and he promptly contacted me the next morning. Hugh figured out quickly what was wrong and replaced the necessary parts. We chose to update the thermostat at the same time, and Hugh showed me how to set it to save more electricity cost both now and when winter comes. When I had a question after they left, he again quickly replied. Highly recommend!
