  Gene’s Flooring was amazing. They worked with us and our time constraints and were nothing but professional. Ask for Ms. Jeannie, she was our POC and we cannot say enough good things about her. We will go through Ms. Jeannie for all of our future needs. Thank you for everything.

  I can not believe this company would do such a horrific job. I am embarassed for recommending them to my father and I will make sure everyone I know knows what this company did to my 83 year old father. Sadly my father knew their father. Had rehab together. I could not be more blown away at the poor quality and behavior of who they sent to my father’s home. Lack of communication , scratched flooring, open nail beds left for him to step over , wood and lack of clean up, furniture everywhere and they broke a door and left it. Never said a word. This company kept calling these people “their crew” and if so , I don’t know how they are still in business. Kevin, the owner , even started off being snarky to my husband rather than listening or caring about what happened. Jeannie; the woman we saw in showroom, had no apology to offer either . On top of this I was told Kevin, the owner, would call and instead Patrick did even after I clearly said I did not wish to talk to Patrick who admittedly said he was not looking at paperwork when the first mistake of many was made. In all the floor is still not complete and I would never use them. We cancelled any thoughts of using them for our needs. Not the same Genes flooring I use to know .

  When we moved into our house recently, we wanted to replace the Aging carpet with more durable luxury vinyl plank flooring. After getting a quote from a big box store, we decided to look at local offerings. We chose Gene's because of all the excellent reviews. And those reviews definitely led us to the right spot! From the beginning, the floor room helpers were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to my husband all of our options for types and colors. Then, when we made our decision, they were extremely easy to work with for quick scheduling and installation. The team they sent out were incredibly respectful of our home, hard workers, and did an amazing job. Every step of the process was easy for us and we never once felt pressured. I would highly recommend Gene's Flooring for all your flooring needs.

  I have used Gene's Flooring for the past 11 years for all my flips and personal use and have found them to be very professional, accommodating and perfect installs every time. Stephanie is amazingly available every time we call or come by, she also helps us with the best choices that always turn out perfect. Kevin runs the family business even better than his dad (don't tell dad), and they run a very respectable business. I have friends that are contractors and they have always used Gene's.
