- KWKelly WibelMay 21, 20255.0I came into Southeast doors and sash as I had EMTEK hardware where the deadbolt broke. They were helpful and found a spare similar mechanism that they nicely let me use for parts. With the help of Pensacola lock and key, I had a properly working deadbolt that under other circumstances would have been weeks in ordering. Thank you!
- ECEmily CollinsJun 26, 20231.0Purchased windows back in March. Communication with the sales man, Jeff was horrible from the start. He did not place our order until April. Called to check on the status 3 times the week of June 20th, left messages, no returned calls. Called on Friday at 3:55, was directed to the shipping department. Windows have been sitting there. Called again, 6/26/2023, left message for Kirk to call us, no returned call. Little did Jeff or Kirk know, we have two more houses that we need to purchase windows for. Guys, work on your communication skills.
