- MAMike AghayanFeb 18, 20265.0I had an excellent experience with Auxiliary Power Systems with my generator installation .The entire team was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The general manager, Ralph, along with Ricky and Robert, were all very courteous, responsive, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to answer questions, explained everything clearly, and truly care about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service and a great overall experience.
- CJCE JonesDec 12, 20245.0Fantastic! We were using another company for our generator maintenance and service. They came out due to an error code (low fluid) and discovered that the control board was also throwing error codes. They diagnosed it as a bad board. The quote for the part and labor was over $1,800.00 ($1500+ for the part). I called Auxiliary Power Systems WF for a 2nd opinion. It was a bad fuse. Call total was $226. The part cost .99. Needless to say we will be using Auxiliary Power Systems WF from now on for our generator service and maintenance. The office staff is wonderful, so very efficient, competent and nice. The service tech was wonderful too.
