  We have used Anytime Plumber a few times for our rental properties and they have been fantastic to work with. Their prices are reasonable and they response time is quick, so my tenants do not have to wait long for services. Their technicians are always helpful and communicative. This time, it was Nef who helped us. Will use again.

  Quickly found the leak in my water line and repaired it. Another company couldn’t find it and suggested a total replacement for $16,000. I will definitely call them when I need plumbing repairs.

  I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Anytime Plumbers and Nef Martinez. I was given a service window of 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, yet the technician did not arrive until approximately 7:30PM (after hours) This constitutes a clear failure to adhere to the agreed-upon appointment timeframe and reflects a lack of professionalism and respect for the customer’s time. Upon arrival, the technician stated that he was unable to access my septic tank lid without the use of a tractor and quoted an additional $700 for equipment, along with an after-hours service charge. He further represented that my septic tank weighed approximately 5,000 pounds and provided an overall estimate of $2,000 for the service. I was also informed that the tank would need to be pumped the same evening once opened, creating a sense of urgency. After obtaining a second opinion, I learned that my rank is around 1200 lbs. the services described could be completed for significantly less (approximately $800 total, including after-hours fees), and that the use of heavy a tractor was not required (the tractor rental company used a shovel). This raises serious concerns regarding potential misrepresentation of material facts, price inflation, and possible deceptive trade practices. As a consumer, I rely on licensed professionals to provide accurate assessments and fair, transparent pricing. The discrepancies between this company’s claims and those of other qualified professionals call into question the legitimacy of the initial estimate and the necessity of the recommended services. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Anytime Plumbers. I encourage others to seek multiple estimates and to carefully evaluate any unusually high or urgent quotes before proceeding

  These guys are amazing. Came to look at the issue on Wednesday. Recommended several options and explained the benefits of each. Made a decision and they were able to come the next morning. We got a whole new set up and back up and running within 2 hours if their arrival. Logan and Ethan were both professional and easy to work with. Great experience!

  Vera and Victor (Pops) saved the day!!! I just bought a house last week and the first night I was moved in I found out my toilet would not stop running after I flushed. I knew if I waited to fix the issue it would cost me a ton in the end on my water bill and I am not good at fixing stuff so I knew I had to call someone. From beginning to end, everyone was excellent! The receptionists are so friendly and I loved that I had the option to get someone out here that night if I needed to, although I opted to wait until the morning because it wasn't a huge emergency. When they called back in the morning they had a wide range of slots open for someone to come out and help me. I think it's so cool that your company has a female plumber and Vera is so kind to her customers and even took the time to pet my cat when he came to check out what she was doing in the bathroom. Victor has a great sense of humor and I enjoyed talking to him and listening to his advice about my house. Together they make an outstanding team! It was honestly like having my friends over helping me fix my house. I will definitely recommend anytime plumbers to anyone looking for a company that has fair prices and great plumbers!
