I have never received service like this from any company I have dealt with. Ever. I opened the help chat on their site and Allan Demers answered right away. I was surprised it was not a bot! Allan was outstanding. This man went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed even though we are DIY homeowners and only purchasing about 200sq ft. of pavers. He took the time to explain everything and corrected any hiccups. Even answering questions after hours. You hardly ever find service like this anymore. Whatever he's making, he deserves a raise. Their prices are great. We saved a ton of money. These guys supply contractors and give homeowners the same prices. The polymeric sand and sealers they sell are the best you can get and they will give you a discount on them when you also purchase your pavers from them. We could not be happier with our purchase and will post pictures of our project when it is complete.
