  Chris was outstanding and attentive to our needs not his. He is patient as he finds the right solution that DRB homes can provide us. We have been to MI homes, Neal Communities, Kolter Homes and several other builders and they wanted to sell us without discovering or even asking what we want. It was Chris’s professionalism and incredible listening skills to fill our needs and wants, that eliminated all the other builders.   Very thankful that Chris Hill has been in the driver’s seat with us as we build our home in Seaire. He’s prompt with responses and engaged in our build right alongside us. We come to the table with lots of questions and he’s always the consummate professional - whilst also being super approachable, kind and just an all around good human.
