Sawyer provided outstanding support. He walked me through the process of his inspection and provided suggestions and recommendations. Peden was called out to evaluate a 21 year old 35 gallon water heater in our condo unit. Quoted over $1k to repair a $35.00 failing valve (cost), vs the obvious needed replacement for the small water heater. When I asked about replacement, I was verbally quoted $4k. Totally Outrageous. I declined the repair. Hired another reputable company that quoted half of the price. They then continued to call me to attempt to bill me $89.00 for this horrible service call where I declined the repair, analysis and quote. Then refused to even discuss the issue with me when I called in…or discuss my HVAC that is actually also under warranty and not working. You are not too big to fail. Cant recommend them anymore professionally or personally.

They were here the next morning and fixed my issue of a knock at the end of the heat cycle…Alex knew what to do within 5 minutes….Leave it to the pros…customer service was just as awesome…always pleasant and you can sense they’re concern and pretty thorough with the questions…
It was a new install they did a few weeks back and had a little hiccup…it happens and being able to rely on your service techs makes it easy not to worry…
Alex explained what was going on and said if it acts up please just call and they will be there…

Peadon has been incredibly frustrating to deal with. I signed up for their Elite membership (a monthly subscription) expecting reliable service at reasonable prices, but I've had nothing but problems scheduling appointments.
I work Monday–Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM. Peadon operates on an “open schedule,” meaning technicians can show up any time between 8 AM and 5 PM with no specific window. I’ve never experienced this with any other service company — not even a narrow window like “10 AM–12 PM” or “2–4 PM.” This forces me to take an entire day off work just to wait around. Instead, they casually tell customers to “just leave your doors unlocked” for the technician. Who in their right mind would do that?
Recently, an electrician quoted me $5,232 for a new panel — an absolute rip-off. Then yesterday, around 3:30 PM, I called for a plumber due to a toilet flushing issue. The rep confirmed they could send someone that same day. Forty minutes later, they called from a spam number asking if I wanted a plumber today and if I’d be home. We had already agreed on this! When I didn’t answer the spam call, they automatically rescheduled me for the next day without my consent.
I called to complain, and Jeff said he’d have management reach out. No one called — not yesterday or today. He also said he’d call me back if he couldn’t reach dispatch or management. That never happened either.
Today I spoke with Rebecca in the membership department. She told me management had already gone home last night and they still hadn’t contacted me by 10 AM today. She offered no real help and simply canceled my Elite membership when I asked to cancel due to frustration. No attempt to retain me or fix the issue.
Can you imagine not even attempting to fix a situation with a customer who is paying you $35 a month indefinitely? Employees like Jeff and Rebecca don’t really care. They seem happy just collecting their paycheck regardless of the outcome for the customer. All they had to do was apologize and say, “We’re sorry for the inconvenience — we’ll send a plumber today at a time that works for you.” Instead, I got excuses.
The only positive was Jessie, who did my AC work — he went above and beyond and was excellent.
I’ve never dealt with a company that handles scheduling and customer service this poorly. If you value reliable service, reasonable prices, and employees who actually care about fixing problems, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
