Anyway I walked in with over 5 grand in cash and pretty much infinite amount of credit. They had 2 different types of equipment I was interested in. I own a Landscaping business in Dothan so I rent from their branch A LOT they know me by name when I walk in. Very nice people. Well after they told me that I might be a thief so they didn't want to rent to me, I politely explained that United rentals in Dothan would surely vouch for me. Anyway, long story short, I got my feelings hurt very badly. I've never been spoken to like that from someone I'm trying to give a bunch of my money to. I will never use United rentals again. Not even the 1 that I am used to using. I refuse to help a business that treats it's customers that way.
