I work for your competitor and I called needing a service call for a Solar farm repair job and when I called everyone was nice but when I spoke to Jason Noel (i belive his name was) he made sure that I was taken care of and even told me he didnt care who or where I worked that he was there with united rentals to fix my problem.. This guy is goin out to get new hardware to repair our trailer WITH A SMILE..... WOW that shows GREAT work pride and loving what he does. (keep that employee or we will get him to come on board lol just messin but really just wanted his help to be known!)

One guy is not customer friendly, but the rest of the people made up for it...the guy from Dothan was helpful and also the guy from Tallahassee explained that an area of our floor must be river rock for it to grind down the stones so quickly. I would use them again!
