- HCHeather Colwell3 days ago2.0Really disappointed in the service. We called them out for a backed up drain. They came out and snaked the drain. Guy was great and really polite. I paid right at $600 and the problem was not resolved. Called again and I was told that I would have to pay again. I was told they would waive the roll out fee (after I said I’m not paying it again) and that the work they did was not under warranty. I told them I should not have to repay for them to resnake it. I was told if it was another problem I would have to pay for that. The guy calls and tells us we have to pay. We told him not to show up. So I paid for them to fix a problem they didn’t fix and then was going to charge me again to redo what they already did. We will just go with a more local business who cares for the customers.
