Paid $25 a month for a year for their “elite membership” and didn’t even get all the preventative maintenance work done that they are supposed to do and they didn’t even give me filters for the AC. You also get a discount for any other work you need done and you still end up paying thousands for any little thing that you need done and even with the “discount” you’re still paying thousands above what other contractors charge. The one good thing about Peaden is that their customer service was good and they did come out pretty quickly but still doesn’t justify the outrageous prices to me.
