- LHLindsey Hollingsworth5 days ago1.0I had a pipe burst near water heater. They charged me 89 dollars for after hours to show up to port st joe which I didn’t mind. Here’s my mistake he said it would be three thousand dollars to replace old pipe all the way to the wall so I paid up front dumb of me but I wanted it done asap. They sent someone out the next day and said that it just needs to be replaced from where the leak was that I showed him where it was and a video he didn’t look for the leak and said it would be much cheaper and he would talk to his boss about a refund the pipe was all of five feet. Nobody called me so I called the next day talked to Joseph and he said well he did have to drive to port st joe and find the leak so we will refund 700 so five feet of pipe is 2,300 dollars my husband was so mad. He has been an electrician and been in the field forever and said that this was the biggest scam ever. So I would never use them again! I have used them in the past for my rental properties and have never had a problem. And I never received one invoice or email or piece of paper with any receipts!

He did an outstanding job on getting our issue identified and also letting us know about some additional services they provide; I purchased them. A great deal. Great job, great service and a super great technician. I highly recommend them.

Also, something flagged him as he made sure everything was working properly. He did catch something that was defective with our system. He was efficient, professional, explained things in a respectful manner, great personality and overall, experienced! Highly recommend!
