Other locations have gone out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and any questions answered. I called in ahead and even got the part number I needed and made sure it was in stock. I drove 30 miles one way in a storm and was met by a guy on a cane working the counter. I asked him a few questions that I feel he should have known the answers to and received a blank stare. He had NO IDEA! I gave him the part number and quantity that I had called ahead for and asked him to verify it was what I needed. Again, blank stare. I get all the way back to my job and guess what? WRONG FREAKING FITTINGS! I will be going to Ft Walton from now on! If you venture to the Panama location, you better know what you need or you'll be out of luck too.
