  Excellent work from Bailey’s! 2 work trucks and 4 young, experienced men showed up to do the work. Each were professional and very kind. What a difference this new trunk and flexible duct that was installed proved to be! First, they removed all the old (antique!) duct that was in the attic. After they installed the new ducts, they cleaned up any and all mess they made. This was completed in less than a day. Nice! We highly recommend!

  Purchased a 4-ton HVAC system to replace multiple 2.5-ton units that cooled my commercial building for my storefront business. I’ve been dealing with HVAC issues for over a decade due to the nature of my business (dog grooming/kennel), and my store has NEVER had air quality this good. They installed my commercial-grade dehumidifier to work alongside the air handler and set everything up exactly how I wanted. The team is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. Highly recommend! 👌😁

  I had Baileys come out to fix an a/c unit that was not working. First assessment was a bad fan blade, didn’t fix issue. Second assessment was condenser, that didn’t work out either. Come to find out, I need a new unit. None of this is an issue for me as I’m a contractor and understood the situation. My HOA asked that I use the original installer so I called Baileys and they were more than willing to return the parts and only charge for 2 service calls. I told the receptionist that they were installing the new unit in 3-4 days and I needed them to move swiftly. Two months later, I got a bill for the full amount. I called the receptionist she said it was my fault because I didn’t make an appointment for the tech to come back out after I plainly told her I need the parts picked up in 3-4 days before the new install BAD BUSINESS, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

  We recently had our AC unit replaced by Bailey's, and me and my wife couldn't be happier with their service! The installation was smooth and professional, and they did an excellent follow-up to make sure everything was running smoothly.
