They had the best price and the technician that installed it was very professional and diligent in making sure everything was installed correctly and with the best quality. I want to emphasize that I simply asked for a basic cost breakdown - a standard and reasonable request when considering a quote of this size. I’ve never encountered such an unprofessional and dismissive response, and I was taken back by the refusal to provide any explanation or clarity around the pricing. Clear communication and transparency are essential to building trust with clients, and this experience has been disappointing.

My guests and I were very relieved we weren’t sweltering in the heat thanks to them! I needed a new unit which I wasn’t surprised to hear. Florida heat is brutal! They delivered a new unit within days but kept our old unit going with a supply of Freon so we didn’t have to suffer! I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs!
