  We told the guy what was happening and he got down and looked it over and told us the blower was going and the compositor was on the low end of where it should be. We opted to change the compositor but once he started it up again the blower was rattling and making a noise, so decided to just get it changed out now then to have to have another service charge later. He was quick and knowledgeable. It’s running like a charm now. Great job done. I also signed up for the yearly maintenance plan.

  I just had to replace my 20+ year old HVAC system. I compared more than five highly reviewed companies, and settled on Cooler Air Conditioning, as they had the best price and the best warranty terms. The installation was scheduled within five days (a weekend was involved) and removal and installation went quickly and smoothly. The workers were professional and worked quickly but paid attention to detail and cleaned up after themselves very well. So happy with the new system. It is higher efficiency and lower price than competitors. Looking forward to years of trouble free service.

  Called the Cooler AC Team for a AC unit that stopped working. The technicians arrived the next morning as the promised and had my unit up and running after diagnosing and repairing a leak. As always great service from Greg, Richard and the team!

  I recommend this company. The technicians are always polite and professional. Pricing is very reasonable considering the amount of time it took to complete the cleaning of the whole unit. I have a problem with my unit every year it starts to get warmer outside. This company has saved me many times. Thank you so much

  My AC stopped working abruptly at 7pm (why wouldn't it?) I texted a number on Cooler Airs website at 8pm and was able to confirm an appointment for the next morning! John Hinkle came out, on time, and ready to get to work. He answered all my dumb questions and walked me through what was happening. This made me confident the problem was fixed and not as scary as I thought. (Picturing motors and relays and switches needing replaced) He made sure to check all possible problems assuring the issue and made quick work of fixing it. With fair price and quick action I will never call another company! Thanks John and whoever texted me back after getting your kids to bed last night! You guys are keeping Bay county cool!
