  Shane used his vast knowledge of the products Cabinets To Go has to offer to help us complete our kitchen and then to design our master bathroom. We are very happy with the service we received and the craftsmanship the cabinets.

  UPDATE…it’s been almost two weeks since their last communication in response to my review here and NOTHING!! No one called or emailed. My solution is simple, issue a credit for the cabinet that is no good. Also, I have been waiting for touch up kits for kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities since they delivered them at the end of last year, again, still NOTHING!! Rating down a star. Pretty soon they will be in the negative. POOR customer service and subpar quality! Be ware! If you are looking for custom cabinets, stay away! The only customer thing about them is your layout. If you expect any type of customer service, stay away! Their cabinets all made outside of the US in specific colors, designs and sizes. You choose the layout you want, everything else is cookie cutter. I received a few pieces damaged but was told my the salesperson when I ordered them that their customer service is great and will make sure to resolve any issue. WRONG!! Typical sales pitch. They replaced three pieces that came in damaged, but one of them came in damaged again. There were at least three other pieces that had minor imperfections that I didn’t bother addressing. Their “customer care” person was adamant about me agreeing that one particular size door that needed to be replaced is discontinued. That I would agree there was no other options for replacement. I was adamant that I expected nothing less than a perfect condition door for my brand new cabinets which, by the way HAD to be paid for in FULL when you place the order, yes, even installation, which I chose not to have them do. When they deliver, you get an email from their “president” congratulating you on the purchase and assuring you he will personally take care of any shortcomings. WRONG again. Two emails to him and no response. I have been tossed back and forth between the store, who says they can’t do anything after delivery, typical sales again, to customer care who are useless! Each one tells me the other will be in touch with resolution. Three months and still waiting for resolution. Purchased from Panama City Fl.
