- TKT KDec 10, 20251.0We have had abysmal experience with this company. First, they quoted the service fee of $268 for descaling our 8 year old Rinnai tankless water heater. The plumber arrived the day of the appointment, but did not have the necessary equipment in his truck to do the service. The next day he brought the equipment but immediately upon completion of the service our perfectly working water heater started to leak and needed replacement. The replacement cost was $3000, the expense we did not need to incur prior to the service. Finally the company has sent us the bill for $343, considerably more than what was quoted prior to the appointment. We do not know what the plumber did to damage our water heater, but we never had any problems with the unit before the service and it was completely ruined as a result of it.
