  Highly Recommended!! We had our old Master shower stall replaced with a more modern frame-less glass enclosure. Everyone involved in the process was fantastic: Tracey the Owner who designed the project, The Demo crew who tore-out the old shower (Pablo & Cirillo), Nick the Technician who came to Laser-Measure and layout the new Design, and the crew that later installed the final product (CJ & Eddie). We would definitely use them again on any future project in our home!

  Dynasty Glass sent a crew with 3 trucks to remove some very large mirrors that were glued to the wall. The crew got them all down and delivered them across town to a small storage area with no damage. My husband was impressed and we are both pleased with a job well done.

  There is no excuse for NOT using Dynasty Glass & Mirror. From their initial visit, great care was taken to correctly template the design of the mirror I was requesting. The young man who came to my condo to provide the quote and trace the template, did a perfect, professional job! Upon my return to the area a few months later, the installers discovered that the installation would need to be rescheduled due to sizing that interfered with light fixtures. The ladies who schedule in the office COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE ACCOMMODATING! I cannot tell you enough about the excellent customer service they provided. They assisted me in finding an electrician who was able to move the light fixtures quickly then, with time waning, rescheduled the installation while I was still in town. All of this was done within the three business days I had left before leaving for home. Dynasty Glass & Mirror is a breath of fresh air when it comes to providing customer service in an world that is otherwise greatly lacking it. Future mirror and glass orders will only be placed with Dynasty and I will recommend them every chance I get. This was a job very well done!!! I sincerely thank all of you who helped me from the bottom of my heart.

  I run a commercial maintenance company and needed 20+ pieces of glass cut and ready on short notice, Dynasty came through in a pinch. I’ve used them on multiple window repairs, always 5/5 stars. Pricing is fair, better than local competition, great workmanship, and friendly / helpful staff.
