  Had an issue with my backflow causing us to lose water at my house. I called several plumbers after hours and many did not offer any availability until next week or they simply did not have the rebuild kit in stock. When I called Armstrong, Amber answered the phone and offered to call her service techs to find out if they had a rebuild kit on any of their trucks. She called back quickly and informed me that one of their techs did have one onboard and he was finishing a job and could be out in the next 30 minutes. Rob arrived and replaced the bad part and we had water again after just about an hour of downtime. Great experience!

  They don’t even treat you with respect on the phone. I would never give this business my money, I called Monday 2/23 at 8:20 AM and the lady answering the phone had a rude tone and was not kind. She spoke to me with ignorance and attitude.
