  IICRC certifications have been expired for nearly 2 years. Owner CHARLES ESTON lied to us on several occasions, wouldn’t show up on job when he said he’d be there, charged for work he didn’t perform, always had excuses for not returning our calls, and used bleach to clean our HVAC which caused rusting in the air return and metal duct work. His business and work ethic was sub par and we had to hire a different company to finish the work. Do your homework… -Check online with IICRC free database if certified (we reported this company) and if they say it’s not a requirement then why falsely advertise that you have the certification? -Make sure US EPA standard Biocide is used in all HVAC -Make sure the business is willing to give you an itemized invoice of the work performed and corresponding costs for each item. In our case the owner refused and double charged or charged for work not performed -Keep photo and video log of all work progress We will be filing complaints with the BBB and the FTC and as stated earlier filed a complaint with the IICRC and they now have the owner CHARLES ESTON in their files. Know that it is considered fraud to falsely advertise and market IICRC certification in an insurance claim. Reply from Sept.5 2025 Replying to Charles- Charles did the work in our home not another technician and the two people you had helping you didn’t speak English. Besides, the IICRC certification is on your card, email, texts, website, etc… stating you and your business- and is not. Secondly, Chlorine Dioxide is not an approved biocide to use on or around any metal ductwork which is why it rusted our metal grating and ducts. You even said you “accidentally” put it “too close” and had to come spray it. Just another example of what I’m talking about. Finally, I’ve posted the last screenshot of a text from you after we requested an itemized invoice for the third time which you never provided. Also, the public should know Charles threatened a Lien on our property after reading the review. Our insurance and Public adjuster is responsible for payment and it’s been less than 30 days since he was at our home. Clearly he’s just being rude and trying to scare us. I will post all screenshots and photos of the job that wasn’t completed properly if I have to. -
