  They had Signed a contract with my fountain square condos while repairing the roof drywalled detached still not fixed almost five months later , he just gives me the runaround they were communicating now.They hope I just forgot they did indeed attach the drywall he has been here, I believe a total of 3 times LOL still not done needs to be painted, and they are not going to most likely I don't want them to anymore anyways posting April 15 so now i'm left with painting that entire room because you can't just paint one wall.

  Your dump trailer is blocking the view of the pinellas trail when trying to enter the roundabout from pop stansel. Have had two close calls with bikers due to very limited visibility of the trail, ever since your trailer was put there. Would hate for there to be an accident.

  My parents used this company after a hurricane hit Venice Isles in September of 2022. The work was finally finished and and signed off I’m by the inspector December 2025. For three years they were without a proper roof, carport and lanai. Last night, a bad storm with very strong wind went through and the only roof in the whole entire park to get blown off was theirs.

  Team Armored did a great job installing our metal roof. The project was completed in 6 days--removing the old roof and installing the new one. The workers were hard-working and courteous. They cleaned up at the end of each day. Good follow up with punch list. The roof looks great. The only thing I can think of that needs improvement is informing the customer that they will get a certified letter from the metal supplier telling the customer not to pay the installer without first getting written permission from the supplier, citing state laws and legal language saying you could have a lien placed on your house or end up paying twice for the roof if you failed to get the supplier's permission before paying. The supplier provided no contact information and their website had no address or telephone number. Once contacted about the letter, Team Armored explained that it was standard practice, and they followed up with a notarized document saying that all vendors had been paid and there was no lien placed on the house upon final payment. If that's standard practice, it should be part of the initial sales consultation. No one likes getting a threatening letter like that out of the blue, especially when it involves your largest asset and a very expensive project.
