  The team at Formula Plumbing that I worked with was amazing! I was greeted when I called by a real live person, Shelby, who was professional and friendly. She connected me with a service manager, Frank, who patiently walked me through several reasonable options and pricing. Before I knew it, we had a respectful and knowledgeable tech at at our home and soon thereafter our issue was resolved. They even coordinated for a licensed electrician to dispatch to our home same day to get the job done. Highly recommended!

  From the first call to the finished job, I was impressed by how honest and reliable the team at Formula Plumbing was. They arrived on time, explained the problem clearly and fixed my water heater repair quickly. The plumber was friendly, kept the work area clean and worked efficiently. I felt confident that the job was done right and appreciated the transparent pricing. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing need.

  I had to have a tall faucet, which is over my soaking tub replaced, and they had to dig through the ground and insert some blocks of wood to support the tall faucet. They did a wonderful job. It involves taking up tile and putting in the faucet, then cementing it into the floor and then getting the tile relayed. They also replaced a faucet that was leaking for me in another bathroom. Great experience all the way around.

  I was very impressed with the team from Formula Plumbing. They arrived on time, were professional and courteous, and quickly diagnosed the issue. Their knowledge made the whole process smooth and they explained everything clearly. The plumber was helpful and fixed my water heater repair efficiently. I appreciate their punctual service and friendly attitude. Excited to call them again for any future plumbing needs.

  My prior experiences with plumbers and other service industries have been a nightmare in the recent past. Then,…I had a friend refer me to Formula Plumbing. From the initial contact with Candice to the completion of a job well done by Joe and his team, I couldn’t be more pleased. I can go on and on with comparisons to other companies, but I’ll spare the details. I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you, Formula Plumbing!!
