In the showroom, Tabitha was friendly and helpful with choosing samples and letting the kids get involved in the process. She encouraged us to take samples home to live at our house for the weekend. Once we settled on the right floor, Chris (the owner) not only came to the house to measure and did a prompt estimate, but answered our many questions and was incredibly flexible with my desire to install my own baseboards and work around his installers. Chris was at the house each day of the installation to check on things and help his crew. Just seems like a great guy to work for and is running a terrific company. The install team was excellent as well. We have a lot of stuff and they were amazing to work around it and make it happen, with smiles on their faces. Not only that but the quality of work is fantastic and you can tell they take pride in it. Overall it was a top-notch experience and I will only be going to RCI in the future for any product they sell. This won't be the last you guys see of me!

We have a large office and the logistics of trying to replace carpet and keep our office going at the same time were pretty overwhelming to me. Chris took care of every detail and made it very easy for us. Carpet is well installed and looks great!
