Enter Blake, our plumbing knight in shining toolbelt. Blake arrived faster than we could Google “why is water coming from my ceiling?” and quickly uncovered the real problem. Turns out, the previous owners had done some creative plumbing—emphasis on creative. Yikes. Without missing a beat, Blake got to work, fixing the issue better than new. While he was here, he also tackled several other plumbing problems we needed to resolve for an inspection. Honestly, at this point, we’re wondering if there’s anything he can’t fix. Blake knocked out everything efficiently and professionally, saving us from future catastrophes and a potential fortune in repairs (not to mention a skyrocketing water bill). Once again, he proved himself to be reliable, honest, and ridiculously good at what he does. Moral of the story? If you need a plumber, call Blake at Formula Plumbing. We sure will—hopefully not too soon, though!
