I love my addition screened in porch. My son and I are enjoying the porch and not being eaten by bugs. I highly recommend this business!!!!
- ETElena TchoumakovaSep 9, 20251.0I am extremely disappointed with this company — I hired them three years ago, and for the past year and a half the work has been failing badly. From the beginning the job was unprofessional: they left nails, bolts, and metal pieces all over my patio and pool area, never cleaned up, the lock was wrong, the screen was loose. Both porches they built for me, inside and outside, constantly leak and flood with water. I have made videos, I have all copies and evidence, and I kept asking them to fix it under warranty. Even the owner came a few times, admitted it needed to be done, and still nothing was ever repaired. Instead, they blamed “dirty gutters” that cannot even be accessed, gave me an $800 estimate, and disappeared. This company is irresponsible, careless, and unprofessional — I strongly do not recommend them to anyone.

Some areas the bottom metal is scratched. Back screen patio has stains that won’t come off. Trying to get them to fix it has been long over due. Paula, the wife owner never had the courtesy to call us back, when she said to my wife “we can do exactly what you’re asking”, nope I did not happen. Chad hasn’t come by or even acknowledge because I believe is not aware or doesn’t care. The son Bradley is inexperienced, so no matter what you say he won’t listen to your concerns. Shop around, this is not what you want in your home. This being a nightmare…. Bad customer service and they don’t communicate. Hope this review helps someone to find another company!
