  HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Preston Electric Company takes wonderful care of our plugs and wires here at The Bible Believers Bookstore in downtown Palatka. Great company all the way around.

  We have just moved into a new house and had a problem with our dryer outlet not working. After calling around to a few places, we were told that the earliest we could get someone to come to the house was almost a week away. Finally, we called Preston Electric Company. Despite a busy schedule, they made time to have someone come out the next day. Robert and his crew showed up and took a look at our situation. It turns out that we didn’t even have a breaker set up for our dryer outlet. In addition, the wiring to the outlet was wired in a strange manner that was not up to code. Less than an hour after they looked at the issue, our outlet was working and for a reasonable price. We cannot thank Preston Electric Company enough for the professional and prompt service that they provided. We will not hesitate to use them in the future and highly recommend them.

  I hired Preston Electric twice. The first time, the company was professional and competent. The second time, the company was less than competent and unethical. After the first two guys were here for 2.5 hours one day and 3 hours the next, i complained to the owner about the two men he sent out. He asked me to give them another chance. I agreed. When the owner arrived, he wanted $1,400 for 5 and 1/2 hours work. He claimed his guys were here 14 hours. They were not. Plus, he wanted to mark up supplies by 50%, something he never mentioned when i agreed to the job. Don’t hire this company.
