  I had a great experience with Moore's Well Drilling. I originally called them out to my property to perform a well inspection. Thereafter, I felt comfortable with hiring the company to install a pump, aerator and water softener. They did a great job and were extremely responsive and kept me well informed. I would highly recommend this company. ---- The above was my original review. I am providing an additional update. After the pump, aerator and water softener were installed, I encountered an issue (nothing having to do with the installation). I reached out to Tom on the weekend, and he not only tried to assist me via phone, he made a personal visit out to the property to help resolve the issue. I don't typically experience this type of top-notch service, so I had to share my experience. Thanks, Tom. You saved the weekend. - Austin

  I give a three because they did show up and do the job. We needed a new well drilled. It wasn’t the best experience. I did have to reach out to them several times after making the deposit. They were busy, I get it. But there was added money to the bill that we weren’t aware of without much of an explanation. Only the extra depth they needed to drill, again without telling us. It wasn’t a “great and outstanding” experience. They did do the job. If you’re expecting top notch service, might want to check around.

  A shout out to Moore's awell and Drilling in Palatka. Tom, a most effective technician, ran through my entire well system and filter system. Checked all parts and advised on possible upcoming problems. Moore's responded the next day after my call for servicing. And Crystal is a jewel keeping everything running smoothly.   Moores is Putnam county’s best and beyond! Old pump went out in the middle of the night called them the next day and they were out in a few hours to replace it with a much bigger and better one. Tom the technician was great!

  Called Moores yesterday morning at 8am, they had Mr. Chris to my house in St. Augustine at 11:30, he tested my 50 plus year old well and said we were getting some sand. We knew that and was thinking we needed a new well( all weekend). He came did his test and told us we need a tank to drop sand to bottom and good water come to house. He was the kindest nicest man and very professional and Honest. Because when I called I just knew we needed a well. Which I’m sure was more than what he did for us. I appreciate your honesty, fast fix to our problems and will recommend you to my friends. Your company was a blessing and answer to prayers for us. Thank you again Gennifer and Jack
