  We had a very poor experience with this company. We had them out months ago after we had what we believe was lightening damage to our pump. They came out, looked around. Said it could be this or that but they would have to try this first. They never came back out to give us an estimate to turn into the insurance company. They never came back out at all or even called. We had to call them, multiple times. We always got, they were busy, they had personal problems going on but with get back in touch with us asap. This has been about 4-5 months ago and have never heard a word back from them!
