  Chris had his crew come out and pull my submersible pump on an emergency call to him and was able to put in a new one and have me up and running on the same day. I have only good things to say about his negotiation ability and performance. Thank you Moore's Drilling.

  Moored Well Drilling is always who we call for our water problems. We have sulfur water and they installed the water filters To make it taste so much better! Our pump Burned out and they were here the next day! I really appreciate how helpful they are!!!!

  The ladies who answer the phones are the only thing about this company that deserve a star. On the 1st & 2nd of May a service tech of the company named Adam came out and "fixed our well", last night(25-26 days later)I discovered that one of our main pipes is pouring water from one of the pieces he glued together. Not only am I livid that we haven't even made it out of the month of May before having issues again, we paid SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS to have our well fixed. Keep in mind this is $700 for maybe a total of 4-5 hours of labor for "2 guys" (Adam had a trainee each time he came out and the trainee was of course doing all the work while Adam stood around most of the time.) Some PVC material, which we had already bought $60 worth of material from Lowes that they had no problem using all of, granted there was a metal piece that was needed so I know that is going to cost more. The guys left their cigarette butts all over the yard (no one here smokes and they were smoking like chimneys the whole time they were here). Adam is very obviously misogynistic because he made some interesting comments & remarks towards me that I would LOVE to hear him say to a man. I know I was taken advantage of with the price and quality of work because I am a young woman who was home alone with her toddler having to handle all of this mess. Adam couldnt even give us a proper breakdown of the bill (of which I am uploading a picture) so we have NO idea why we ended up having to pay $700. I am also uploading a picture of the shoddy work that has been done to show where my pipe is leaking. I am severely disappointed with my experience with this company, I'm 8 months pregnant with our 2nd baby and frankly the stress this place has caused is ridiculous. I will be calling tomorrow to see what can be done to get my well fixed PROPERLY, and I will also be making sure that it isn't Adam who comes back out.
